New song and video published. It's that time of year again - and what a turbulent year it has been... This new song is about someone (me), who usually doesn't care much for traditional holiday seasons. And yet, as the world tackles a global crisis, the usual traditions and rituals seem to take on a new level of relevance - something to cling to. One of my assigned Yuletide roles is to read aloud The Gnome (Tomten) by Swedish scribe Viktor Rydberg. I particularly like it's philosophical connotations, the Gnome pondering life, death, the passing of generations before his ancient eyes.
